Stuffed fish is combined with cereals, fruits, vegetables and fat, it is well saturated with aromas and it turns out very tasty. So, how to bake a pike in the oven?
The first recipe
In order to bake fish with potatoes, you will need a pike carcass weighing about one and a half kilograms, one hundred and fifty grams of vegetable oil, parsley, potatoes, tomatoes, onions, seasonings. You can also take a few small fish, some they seem tastier. Clear the pike from the scales, cut off the tail and head, scrub the entrails and rinse. Peel vegetables, cut potatoes into slices, chop onion rings, cut tomatoes. In a deep bowl for baking, pour in the sunflower oil, put the potatoes and onions there. Place the fish on top. Next layer again, put onions, potatoes and peeled tomatoes. Season with spices to taste, season with salt, pour mayonnaise and send to a preheated oven. The preparation of the dish will take about half an hour. Alternatively, you can use for a vegetable cushion celery, onions and carrots. Bake the pike in the oven with the sliced vegetables, sprinkling with vegetable oil. That the dish turned out juicy, close the lid and cook for no more than half an hour.

Bake pike in the oven and can be in foil. Take a large fish, mayonnaise, lemons, greens, spices. Wash and gut the carcass, stuff it with peeled and sliced lemons with greens. Take two and a half kilograms of fish, eight small champignons, some white bread, fresh herbs, half-butter, salt, four small onions, three tablespoons of sour cream, a pinch of ground pepper. Clean the fish without cutting the stomach completely, rinse, salt with salt. Champignons and onions cut and put out in a frying pan in oil. Separate the proteins from the yolks.
