  • For pouring - 3 chicken eggs and 150 g of sour cream, salt and spices.

Onion finely crumble, put on a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry until the transparency, then add the mince, salt, pour in the tomato paste and cook for no more than 5-7 minutes. Zucchini wash, peel and seed, and after grinding on a large grater. Vegetable mass should be salted and let stand for 10-15 minutes, after the juice is allocated, drain it. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Now in the prepared form for baking lay a layer of courgettes, on top of minced meat, after again zucchini. Finish the dish with a layer of tomatoes, pour a mixture of sour cream and eggs, and then generously sprinkle with cheese. Casserole from tomatoes and zucchini with minced meat is prepared half an hour at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. The dish with golden cheese crust should be served hot, best with sour cream. Also it will perfectly match a salad of fresh vegetables.

Vegetarian casserole from tomatoes and zucchini

To prepare a delicious dinner, take:

  • 3 small zucchini squash;
  • 4 tomatoes;
  • A pair of cloves of garlic;
  • 8 eggs and 5-6 st. L. Sour cream for pouring;
  • 20 g of butter (cream), spices and salt.

Vegetables wash, cut into slices. If the vegetable is young, then the skin can not be removed. Peel tomatoes from the skin. To do this, scald them with boiling water and hold in hot water for a minute, then the peel can be removed very easily. Cut the vegetables into slices or circles. The dish will turn out with an appetizing crust and few people will be left indifferent. Serve with sour cream, fresh vegetables or herbs. By the way, the recipe can be slightly improved by adding to it any suitable ingredients, for example, carrots, a little onions, bell peppers or eggplants. It will all get along just as deliciously and completely in summer.

Pizza with tomatoes and sausages

For such a hearty dish, get out of your stocks:

  • Several sausages, depending on their size (from 3 to 5);
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs;
  • 150 g of grated hard cheese;
  • 1 large vegetable marrow;
  • 2 tomatoes, salt and spices.

Sausages cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil, squash the squash from seeds and peel, also crumble into cubes and add to sausages, salt, if desired, pour a little squeezed garlic and black pepper. Stir and simmer for no more than 10 minutes. Baking tray for oiling, put the mixture first with a frying pan, then on top with tomatoes, then sprinkle with crushed boiled eggs and cheese.
