At the very bottom of the box we put a large salt, and then on top of the garlic, then again salt and so on alternate layers, filling the container to the very top. Despite the existence of many ways, people usually care about the question of how to store garlic correctly. There is another way! This is done in glass jars, after drying well beforehand. The container should be sterilized and dried, only after that we put the heads of garlic in them and close them with clean plastic covers. The freshness of such a vegetable will surprise you.

How to store garlic in the winter? Here is the simplest advice that will require minimum effort, but it consists in the following. We carefully dry the heads of the vegetable, cutting off the stems, and then lightly singing out the green stems on a small fire. We keep after this in a small canvas bag, as it must "breathe". For better storage in the bag, put a little onion husk.

There is another version of the same way, how to store garlic in winter, only with a slight change. In this case, the linen bag is soaked in a strong saline solution, then after drying, garlic is stored in it for storage. It should be hung in a cool place. Salt protection will prevent damage to the product.

An excellent way of storage - this is in boxes made of wood, but the best indicators for paraffined garlic. Dip the heads for a few seconds into the melted paraffin and then dry. Keep it like this: in a capron stocking in a suspended state and always in a dry place.
