  • 9% vinegar in the amount of 1.5 tablespoons;
  • Salt - 1 spoon (tea);
  • Several sheets of laurushki;
  • Hot pepper - at will and taste;
  • For frying vegetable oil.

Fruits of pepper need to be washed, dried. Cut neatly the stalk and rinse the inner walls again. Dry it. In a skillet, heat oil, put out the fruits of pepper and cover with a lid. Fry the product to a crispy brown. You can also bake peppers in the oven. Tray and fruits well oil vegetable, put in the oven for half an hour. You can turn it over once. Garlic, peel and cut into large pieces. In a liter sterilized dry jar put the garlic cloves, bay leaf, hot pepper. Put salt, vinegar and sugar. Tightly fill the jar with pepper fried in oil. Fill the tank to the top with boiling water, then roll under the tin lid. Turn the container upside down and cover with a blanket. Wait until the banks have cooled down completely. This time we will use sharp varieties. Ingredients necessary for the recipe (enough to twist two half-liter jars):

  • Kilogram of green chilli pepper ;
  • Vegetable oil in an amount of 200 ml;
  • Salt - 1 spoon (tea);
  • Tomatoes in the amount of 600 grams;
  • Onion in the amount of 300 grams;
  • Coriander (ground), garlic.

Spicy roast pepper for the winter: cooking technology

Peel the onion and cut it. Tomatoes cut in crosswise and pour boiling water for a minute. This will quickly and easily remove the skin from them. Then cut them into small pieces. Heat the oil, place the onions in it, fry, then put the tomatoes and evaporate the excess liquid. Do not forget to stir so that the products do not burn. Pepper rinse, remove the stems and put it in tomatoes. After a few minutes, salt the ingredients, sprinkle with coriander and chopped garlic. Stir thoroughly and place on sterile jars. Close the lids and put sterilized for 15 minutes. Then cover the lid with a special key. By the same technology, you can prepare and ordinary pepper.
