Prepare it often from carefully and perfectly rubbed vegetables, fish, meat, poultry and cereals. Most often it is used for children, the elderly and for dietary purposes. For its preparation, it is necessary to boil all the products, meat and vegetables, until ready, then wipe them through a sieve or beat them with a blender until the dish has a puree shape. Then it can be diluted with any meat or vegetable broth and decorate with a twig of green on top. It is best to serve such a soup in a hot form. Also it can be added milk, cream and croutons.

Very often at home for their loved ones I cook cheese soup with croutons. To do this, fry chopped onions (1 head), potatoes (4 tubers) and celery (tuber floor) in a saucepan in vegetable oil, after which they should be filled with 1.5 liters of boiling water. When the vegetables are ready they must be crushed with a blender. After that, grate 400 grams of melted cheese preferably on a large grater and add to the soup, do not forget to pepper it and add salt, bring to a boil and at the same time stir constantly. Then in a frying pan it is necessary to fry bread and onion in cream butter, having previously dipped them in flour.
