Consider another no less interesting recipe - cheese soup with meatballs. For its preparation you will need: minced meat, rice, egg, 2 processed cheese, potatoes onion, carrots, sweet Bulgarian pepper, some vermicelli, salt, spices, bay leaves and greens. First you need to cook meatballs. To do this, mix 400 grams of minced meat with eggs, a glass of rice, salt, pepper, add spices to taste. From the prepared forcemeat we make small round cutlets. We put a finely chopped onion in a bowl, one carrot, grated on a large grater, 1 piece of sweet pepper, cut into small pieces, 5 potatoes, diced, grated cheese, prepared meatballs. All this is sprinkled with salt, add the bay leaves, pour hot water (the amount - to the full pan, the "max" mark) and stew ("Quenching" mode) for 1.5 hours. A few minutes before the readiness to add vermicelli. After the end of the process, let's brew our wonderful soup for a few minutes in the heating mode, and that's it! The soup is ready!
