Soup with cheese - this is just the case when a useful combination with a delicious. Nourishing and pleasant to the taste of soup, in addition, and easy to prepare, which once again confirms the famous saying - "all ingenious is simple." So, you can cook a simple cheese soup, without meat, or you can make soup with cheese and chicken. Other types of meat do not mix well in this soup, so beef and pork is better not to use.

There is another version of the cheese soup, which is popular. This is soup with cheese and an omelette. It's tasty and light. If possible, you can eat it even for breakfast. Ingredients are as follows: 2 eggs, chicken broth, 1 tablespoon of flour, 4 tablespoons of milk, salt if desired, parmesan cheese, pre-grated.

Then this omelette is cooled, cut into small strips and add these strips to the boiling broth. In this broth we add processed cheese. Greens, onions, carrots on request.

There is also a variant of cheese soup with mushrooms. This is a very pleasant combination, which falls in love with itself from the first spoon of many gourmets.

By the way, the recipe is again very simple: in order to prepare this cheese soup, you need to take all the ingredients from the first recipe of soup with cheese, and add mushrooms there. If you are not looking for easy ways, we offer you a recipe: 500 grams of cream, chicken (chicken) 1 piece, 100 grams of mushrooms, 2 processed cheese. Cook the chicken, add mushrooms to the broth and continue to cook, we also add cream, greens and seasonings, including salt. Then we melt the two syrups and send them to the soup.
