Homemade pastries - pie with strawberries

Despite the hot summer days, I want to please myself and loved ones with delicious homemade cakes. In addition, it is in the summer as a filling for your culinary masterpieces you can use, depending on the season, different fresh berries and fruits. In this article I want to draw your attention to such a delicious and healthy berries as strawberries, and suggest baking a strawberry pie for a few simple recipes. They are perfect for both fresh berries and frozen ones.

Pie with strawberries.

This recipe is quite simple. If you want to cook a cake with strawberries quickly and without special ingredients - then it is definitely for you.

Ingredients. One glass of milk, one and a half glasses of flour, ¾ cups of sugar, a packet (200 grams) of butter, 4 eggs, orange peel, package of baking powder, half a kilogram of strawberry.

Preparation. The butter is softened and beaten in a large bowl with sugar, without stopping to beat, add eggs and milk. In a separate bowl, sift the flour and stir the baking powder into it. Add a little flour and put orange peel here. The resulting mixture should be mixed thoroughly.

Strawberries are washed, peeled off and dried on a towel. In the form of fill 3/4 of the entire test, on top of it we spread the berries of strawberries and pour out the dough that remains.

Bake a cake with strawberries in a preheated oven for 50 minutes. The temperature is 150 degrees.

Serve to the table after it has cooled, previously sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Pie with strawberries and protein cream.

Ingredients. Dough. Flour (400 g.), Margarine (250 g.), Egg yolks (4 pcs.), Teaspoon of soda, sour cream (100 grams), citric acid, sugar (100-150 grams). Filling. Sugar (150 g.), Strawberries (300-400 grams), egg whites (4 pcs.).

Preparation. On the tabletop sift flour to it add margarine and chop with a large knife, in the resulting mass to pour out the citric acid and soda. Add sour cream, sugar and yolks, from all the ingredients knead the dough.

From the kneaded dough we roll a layer, the thickness of which is about 3 cm, the shape and dimensions must correspond to the shape for baking (small bows can be made). We spread the dough into a mold, pierce it with a fork (do as many punctures as possible) and send it to the oven for 20 minutes, the temperature is 170 degrees. When the cake is gilded, remove it from the oven.

In a large bowl, whisk until a thick foam forms, then gradually, without stopping whisking, add sugar to them in small portions. We continue until a thick cream is formed. Strawberries are washed, cleaned of rootlets, dried and cut in half. Take ¾ of the cream and gently mix it with strawberries. The resulting strawberry-protein mass is poured into the cake. From above, we lubricate the remaining cream.

We send the pie with strawberries to the oven and bake for about 15 minutes. The pie is ready.

There is another version of this dish. The base prepared according to the above recipe is filled with cream. For the cream is taken a pack of cottage cheese, (fat content depends on your preferences), a bank of condensed milk, a bag of gelatin, strawberries (300-500 gr.).

Strawberries are washed with running water, the roots are separated and laid out on a towel to make the glass water. After it dries up, we lay in a uniform layer in one berry on a pre-baked base (you can make a layer more in two or three berries). In a separate bowl of cottage cheese, whipped with condensed milk, melted gelatin in several spoons of water. Everything is mixed. The received mass is filled with strawberries. The cake is put in the refrigerator to freeze the cream.

Cooked with the above-described recipes pies with strawberries, can be an excellent occasion for the whole family to gather for a cup of a favorite drink and enjoy homemade cakes. Pleasant to everyone's appetite.
