Necessary ingredients and stages of dough preparation

For the test, we need: 180 gr. Honey, 150 gr. Brown sugar, 100 gr. Butter, 450 gr. Sifted wheat flour, 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon carmadon, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, 1 egg, 100 gr. Sour cream.

We put sugar and honey in a scoop or pot and heat it on low heat. Add the butter. Stirring, achieving a homogeneous mass. In a bowl, pour out the flour, spices, egg, sour cream and pour out the mixture of honey and butter. All this is kneaded, covered with a film and sent to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Pattern

It is necessary to first draw a gingerbread house on paper. The pattern should consist of two rectangles - these are the walls. In them we cut out windows. Another two rectangles (longer than 1 cm in length) are required - the roof. A complex figure - a square and a triangle, connected together - the other two walls. Such details must be done in two pieces. In one we cut out the door, in the other, if desired, a window. And four small details on the pipe. From the paper patterns you have to fold the house, check the details.

The process of creating a house

Roll out an even layer about 0.5 cm thick and proceed to cut out the details using paper patterns. We finish the finished parts from the dough carefully on a baking tray covered with paper. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
