Technology of preparation

In oil, save the peeled and chopped onions, carrots. Rinse the cabbage, peel off the garlic. For the sauce, boil the mushrooms. Separately chop the garlic with pine nuts.

Boil the cabbage in salt water (time - 5-7 minutes). Chop the greens. Clean the egg.

For each fillet put the boiled rice mixed with fried onions and carrots. On the second side place the greens and pine nuts. In the middle, put the egg, cut into strips. Roll both fillets into rolls. Put them in a greased baking sheet, next place the inflorescence of Brussels sprouts, each of which smear a little mayonnaise. Sprinkle the fish and cabbage with grated cheese.

Set the temperature to 170 degrees. Place a baking sheet in the oven and bake until a crispy crust on the cheese. About 25 minutes.

Prepare the sauce. Sour cream, boil the mushrooms and garlic in a blender. To taste, add salt, sugar. Pour in a little lime juice and whisk again.
