Insolvent regions and the poorest region of Russia: the level of salaries

The average monthly salary in Russia is about 28,000 rubles "clean" (including tax payments). This is the most recent data for January 2016. Sadly, but the indicator compared with the statistics of 2015 became less by 6.1%. And the average data is always calculated together with the account of "poor" and "rich" regions. It's like in that joke - if beggars eat cabbage, and the wealthy eat meat, then on average everyone is content with cabbage rolls. Well, it's worth talking about where the poorest region of Russia is and which regions can not boast of high incomes.

Central and North-West Federal District

Since our country is great, the topic can be considered by districts. The poorest region of Russia in the Central Federal District is Ivanovskaya. If you believe the data for May 2016, then the average monthly salary there is 22,400 rubles. In April, it was worse - the figure was 20 tr. The minimum wage in the Ivanovo Region is 8,645 r. At the all-Russian minimum of 7,500 r. There are also Kostroma, Oryol and Bryansk regions, which, according to the average salary level, have gone far - 22,900, 23,300 and 24,300 rubles, respectively.

In the North-West Federal District the worst is in the Pskov region, since there the average wage is 21,200 r. It is there that the established minimum wage is 7,500. Is it possible to say that the Pskov region is the poorest in Russia? Completely. There are reasons for this. In June of this year, studies were carried out on the welfare of families, according to which it was possible to find out that the Pskov region is the poorest in Russia. In the course of the case, the amount of "free funds" that families of four (2 adults and 2 children) had. We took into account the average salary and the subsistence minimum, subtracted from it. As a result, it turned out that the Pskovians still have "free" 570 rubles.

Southern and North-Caucasian FD

In these districts things are sad. In the Southern FD it is poorest in Kalmykia. There, the average salary is 19,700 r. Minimum standard - 7 500 rubles. In Adygea, the average wage is 21,500 r. In the other four regions of the SFD, the indicator varies from 24 to 25 tr.

Speaking about the rating of the poorest regions of Russia, one can not forget about the North Caucasus Federal District. Since there things are also bad. The worst is in Dagestan, where the average wage is 19,000 r. Best in this indicator in the Stavropol Territory, where it is 22,800 r.

Privolzhsky and the Ural FD

Of course, the poorest region of Russia is not in these districts, but salaries are not high there either. In the Volga Federal District, Chuvashia, Mordovia and Mari El are the lowest indicators, where the average wage is 20,400 r. One and a half to two thousand above the level in the Kirov, Saratov, Ulyanovsk and Penza regions.

In the Ural FD wages are higher, but living conditions are worse (largely because of the climate). The lowest average wage in the Kurgan Region is 21,100 r. Next comes the Chelyabinsk (28,700 r), the Sverdlovsk (29,900), the Tyumen (55,200), the Khanty-Mansiysk AO. (57,000) and Yamalo-Nenets (78,000). There even a minimum of about 12-13 tr.

Other FO

The Siberian Federal District should also be noted . The worst is for the residents of the Altai Territory, since there the average salary is 19,200 r. The bad news is that a year ago, in December 2015, it was almost 25 tr. Salary maximum on average indicators is observed in the Krasnoyarsk Territory - there it is equal to 34,700 r.

But the Far Eastern Federal District can be safely called the most affluent region. There certainly is not the poorest region of Russia. In the Jewish AO Established average salaries, amounting to almost 30 tr. And in Chukotsky, A.O. - 85 tr. In many other Russian regions this indicator is the maximum, and for some even the marginal.

And I'd like to mention the Crimea and the city of Sevastopol in the end. Many believe that in a region that has recently joined the region, high salaries. And some of the Russians are enthusiastically sent here for work. After that, they are disappointed, because the situation on the peninsula is bad. Even a minimum - and that is less than the established indicator, although statistics assure otherwise. Of course, the average salary here as in the SFD is about 20-22 tr. Here are just the prices for products and everything else as in Moscow. What causes shock and absolute perplexity is not only local, but also visitors. After all, in the capital, unlike the Crimea and Sevastopol (which, by the way, is also considered a city of federal significance), average salaries are 70 (!).

In general, the topic is burning, and it can be discussed for a long time. But now it remains only to hope for the establishment of the economic situation in the country, the decline in prices and the growth of wages.
