How to pickle cabbage with Bulgarian pepper?

To revive the old traditions and diversify the table with home-made raznosolami, we suggest to talk about how to pickle cabbage with Bulgarian pepper.
Pepper stuffed with cabbage in marinade
This is one of the options for harvesting Bulgarian pepper for the winter. Choosing a filling of vegetables, you can get more and crispy delicious cabbage. So, we will prepare the Bulgarian pepper marinated, stuffed with cabbage. To begin with, we wash the vegetables and peel the pepper from the seeds. How to do it simply and quickly? To easily remove the seeds from the pepper, you must press the stalk intoward, and then pull it out. The remains of the seeds are shaken out and washed with water. Now shred cabbage as thin as possible. Carrots are cleaned and three with a grater, and garlic finely chopped. We take the quantity of ingredients at our discretion. But approximately one medium fork of cabbage will need one large carrot and 2-3 cloves of garlic. This is 3 kilograms of pepper.

We shred thinly cabbage, three on a grater carrots, we cut small celery and a root of parsley. Mix everything and salt to taste. This recipe of pickled cabbage with pepper differs some originality. Now lay the stuffing inside each pepper and close the hole with a small circle of carrots. If there is a possibility, then it is necessary to wrap every peppercorn in celery leaves. We put them in the jar with holes. From above, you can lay the leaves of currant or cherry. It remains only to fill the banks with a marinade. We prepare it according to the following recipe. Boil 6 liters of water, 2 liters of vinegar, 500 grams of salt, pepper grains and laurel leaf. Marinate cabbage with Bulgarian peppers in a cool place.
