A similar recipe is suitable for muffins with a pear, you just need to change it a little: as a spice you need to take a mixture for gingerbread (or powder for mulled wine), replace sugar with brown, add one more egg and a quarter cup of olive oil. You can sprinkle these items on top with nuts with cinnamon or homemade granola.

This kind of baking is very popular in America. Take the ground cinnamon, one tablespoon of cornstarch, six tablespoons of olive oil, four hundred grams of wholemeal flour, a baking powder, a glass of brown sugar, a pinch of salt, hazelnut (75 grams), four apples. From above, these products can be sprinkled with a mixture of flour, oatmeal , brown sugar, cinnamon and olive oil. First, prepare the crisp powder from the ingredients listed and leave it in the fridge until the dough is ready. Chop the roasted hazelnuts with a rolling pin, grate the apples, mix them with cinnamon, a spoonful of sugar and starch. Mix the remaining sugar in another bowl with milk and olive oil. Add the flour with the baking powder in parts to the liquid mixture. And then add the apples and nuts. Cook in the molds for about thirty minutes. Very tasty muffins with herbal tea and honey.
