For our next recipe, you will need: 20 tomatoes, four onions, one liter of water, horseradish, 250 ml of vinegar, 20 grams of sugar sand, salt, four grams of mustard in beans, 50 ml of vegetable oil. Another recipe for tomatoes with horseradish

This method is a bit more complicated than the previous ones, there are already more ingredients, and not just the usual tomatoes, horseradish, garlic. The recipe for four three-liter jars will require: eight kilograms of medium-sized tomatoes, carrots - two large pieces, as much - the root of horseradish, sweet big pepper, garlic and bitter pepper. For marinade: water - five liters, sugar sand - 400 grams, salt - 200 grams, vinegar - 100 grams, aspirin tablets - two for each jar. Densely we put in washed jars tomatoes. In the meat grinder, we twist garlic, pepper, horseradish and carrots, then we spread them into cans in equal parts. We are engaged in a marinade: we add salt and granulated sugar in boiling water and boil, until they dissolve completely. We send to the tomatoes vinegar and aspirin, pour marinade and tin lids cork. We turn it upside down and wrap it up until it cools down completely. We store in a cool place. Tomatoes are salted completely in about one and a half to two months, and it turns out a stunned dish.
