Next, lay the chicken rolls with mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with foil. We wrap the foil and put it in the oven. Approximately 10 minutes before the final readiness, we open the foil and lubricate the rolls with mayonnaise. If you want to get a beautiful brown crust, do not cover the foil. You can turn on the grill if there is such a function. We get the finished rolls and serve them on the table. Cut them into slices and sprinkle with greens. This dish is very suitable white sauce.

To make the recipe more original, you can add pineapple. We beat off the chicken fillet and add salt to it with any ground pepper. Then we prepare the filling from mushrooms and onions. Fry them in a frying pan. We spread the stuffing on the pieces of fillet and add the chopped pineapples. We fold the rolls and put them into a mold intended for baking. Next, fill our dish with cream and prepare to cook. We serve with vegetables and herbs.

You can also make original chicken rolls in bacon. To do this, we need chicken fillet and a few thin slices of bacon. First we prepare the chicken. We cut the fillet so that the layer is formed. Carefully beat off each piece by wrapping it in cellophane. Add salt and any pepper to taste. In order not to overdo, consider the taste of cheese and bacon. Next you need to grate cheese on the grater. Sprinkle them with each piece of fillet and roll the rolls. On top wrap them with a thin slice of bacon. We can chip with a wooden stick or toothpick. Now fry each roll on all sides until it turns brown. We put them in a special form for baking and poured with any sauce or cream. We put in the oven chamber, preheated. Served with garnish and vegetables.

You can add stuffing to rolls. It all depends on the availability of ingredients and your preferences. Rolls of chicken with mushrooms, wrapped in bacon, are more juicy. It's no secret that the chicken breast is a bit dryish. Therefore, use ingredients in the recipes that make the meat more juicy.

Sauce plays an important role in the dish. Prepare chicken rolls with mushrooms in a sauce with mustard and mint. We prepare chicken fillets in the manner described above. Add salt and spices.
