Raw steak tartar: the best cooking recipes

Steak tartar, oddly enough, is completely unrelated to the national Tatar cuisine. This term is often called a dish of chopped raw meat, but it is also a special way of cutting food.

Raw steak tartar

It is believed that this dish appeared thanks to a French officer who for a long time served as a mercenary in the Russian army. According to his stories, the Tatar soldiers salted pieces of raw horse flesh, laid them under the saddle, and several hours after the march crossing they were considered usable. Fortunately, in our time the steak tartar is prepared in a less extravagant way, and we want to share with you its recipe.

  • 500 grams of beef tenderloins thoroughly cleaned of film and veins.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut it into small cubes so that the meat does not turn into minced meat.
  • Crush eight to ten gherkins and capers to taste.
  • Remove one white bulb from the shell and cut it small.
  • Slice one small hot red pepper.
  • Prepared ingredients (except meat) fold in a bowl, and then mix with butter, mustard, balsamic, a mixture of Espeletian and cayenne pepper.
  • In the serving ring, place the beef, and then gently remove it.
  • Gently lay on top of one egg yolk of a hen's egg.

Prepare the prepared dish to the table with chopped slices of hot focaccio cake.

Beef tartar

Steak tartar, the photo of which you see above, is prepared as follows:

  • Wash four young potatoes thoroughly, and then cut them into large quantities and put them on a heated frying pan. With it, send 150 grams of butter and fresh thyme. When the potatoes become soft, it should be removed from the fire.
  • Mix two yolks with half a tablespoon of vinegar and the same amount of Dijon mustard. Add salt, ground pepper and 200 ml of sunflower oil. Beat the sauce until it becomes homogeneous. At the end, add a spoonful of water.
  • Two boiled eggs, 15 grams of capers and 15 grams of gherkins finely chop. Add to them the crushed leaves of parsley and basil. Mix prepared foods with sauce.
  • Process 300 grams of beef tenderloin, and then cut it with a knife into small cubes.
  • Mix with the meat two spoons of sauce, two milliliters of tobasco, a teaspoon of ketchup and two milliliters of Worcestershire sauce.
  • Slice the baguette slices and place on each piece of butter. Bake the workpieces on the grill until golden brown.
  • Put the Tartar on the plates with a metal ring.

Put two pieces of baked baguette on the plate with tartare, roasted potato wedges and rukkola. Decorate the dish with twigs of thyme and sprinkle with ground pepper.

Steak Tartar by Dyukan

A well-known French nutritionist suggested that those who want to lose weight a special food system and wrote a lot of books about it. The essence of the diet is that at each stage it is possible to eat only the products authorized by the author. Fans of Dyukan, armed with knowledge, come up with a variety of recipes and share them with each other. Here we also want to tell you about how you can prepare a tartar tuna fish from tuna :

  • Cut 500 grams of bluefin tuna fillets into small cubes. Note that the fish must be fresh, as frozen for this recipe does not work.
  • Finely chop the shallot onion.
  • For the sauce, mix a spoonful of rice vinegar, lemon juice, two tablespoons of chili, three tablespoons of soy sauce, a teaspoon of wasabi, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Put onions and fish in a bowl with marinade and put the food in the refrigerator for fifteen minutes

When the specified time has passed, place the dish on a plate and immediately serve it to the table.

Tartar of lamb

  • With the help of a serving ring lay the meat on the plates. If you do not have this useful device at hand, then make it yourself from a tin can.
  • Lay the mushrooms next to the meat and decorate them with rosemary.
  • Two whisk yams and pour them tartar.

Once the dish is ready, immediately serve it to the table.

Tartar from slightly salted salmon

If you are not yet ready to taste raw meat or fish, then prepare a delicious dish with the following recipe.

  • Finely chop the fillet of salted salmon.
  • With the same small cubes, cut half the red onion and half the sweet red pepper.
  • Dill and green onion pens with a knife.
  • Combine the prepared foods, add a few capers to them and mix.
  • In a deep bowl for sauce, mix three quarters of a glass of sweet mustard, two tablespoons of white wine vinegar, three tablespoons of sugar, a bunch of chopped dill, two glasses of rapeseed oil, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of sauce to tartar, and add the rest if desired or use for other dishes.
  • Put the tartare in four round molds, and put them on time in the refrigerator.

After half an hour, take four slices of black bread and cut out of them circles of the same diameter as the forms. Turn them tartar and decorate the prepared dish with any greens.

Tartar sauce

Salmon with tartar sauce

  • Preheat a non-stick frying pan on the stove, pour some vegetable oil on it and lay two salmon steaks down on it.
  • When the fillet is half cooked, and the peel is covered with crispy crust, reduce the heat and put in a pan 60 grams of butter.

Green tartare with bean sauce

  • Pour a glass of buckwheat and a half cups of boiling water and cook until ready. After that, rinse the buckwheat with boiled water and leave to cool.
  • Avocado peel, then cut in half, remove the stone and sprinkle the pulp with lemon juice.
  • One medium cucumber is also peeled and peeled off the seeds. In red pepper, remove the stem and seeds.
  • All the vegetables cut into small cubes and fold into one bowl. Add to them chopped herbs, finely chopped onions and olives. Season vegetables with lemon juice and olive oil, salt, and then send for a while in the fridge.
  • To make the sauce, take 130 grams of canned white beans, transfer it to a colander and wait until the excess liquid drains.
