Ingredients: 700 g of beef, two tomatoes, two onions, three eggplants, ground pepper, two cloves of garlic, a little turmeric, oil, salt.

Preparation

Wash in water and cut thin eggplant slices. Transfer them to a bowl, add a spoonful of salt and pour water. Wash the meat tenderloin in the water, dry it, cut it into medium sized pieces. The recipes of dishes in the multivariate are quite diverse. For the next meal you need the following ingredients: a half a kilogram of tomatoes, five eggplants, green onions, Bulgarian pepper, two eggs, half a liter of milk, 200 g of sour cream, garlic, 150 g of cheese and salt.

Preparation

Wash the eggplants and cut them into thin plates. Chop the green onions. Tomatoes cut into slices, and pepper - strips. Put all the ingredients in the bowl of the device in layers. And below and above should lay eggplants, sprinkled with green onions. Prepare the sauce. Mix the warm milk, sour cream, eggs, salt, chopped garlic and grated cheese. Fill the vegetables with dressing. First, the eggplants in the multivark should be prepared in the "High Pressure" mode for ten minutes. Then you should turn on the "Frying" mode (180 degrees).
