Herring, meat, potatoes, butter, onions are ground in a blender. Add sour cream, eggs, pepper and salt. It is necessary to mix the blend again before the homogeneous mass, if necessary, wipe through a sieve. Mix all ingredients, put in a cold place. This snack is served to the table in a very chilled form. If there is only fresh salmon, but there is no salt, then it can be salted.
