In order to prepare chicken skewers on skewers in the oven according to this recipe, you must first prepare the following products: 300 grams of chicken breast, 350 grams of frozen or fresh vegetables for your taste, sweet pepper - two or three pieces, salt and pepper to taste. Soak the skewers for half an hour in cold water so that they do not burn. In case you use frozen vegetables, then put them on a plate and give a little defrost. If fresh - then wash them and cut into small pieces of medium size. Sweet peppers are cleaned, washed and cut into large squares. We extract the pickled meat. We put on the skewers, alternately chicken fillets and pieces of sweet pepper. The ingredients should fit tightly together. String the meat on skewers, which are evenly laid out on a baking sheet or grill. The oven is heated to 200 degrees and we send chicken to it for 20-25 minutes. During the preparation, do not turn the skewers.

Note that there is no need to wait until the meat is browned, since in this case you risk drying it. After holding the skewers in the oven for the required time, remove them. White chicken meat, pickled in this way, is cooked very quickly and does not rustle like a shish kebab, which is fried on a grill.
