So, let's start cooking fish casserole with potatoes. We clean the potatoes, wash it and cut it into thin "rounds". Fillet is also mine and cut into fairly large pieces. Now salt fish, sprinkle with seasonings and put in a greased form.

The next layer of casserole is a bow, which must be cut into thin semicircles. Lovers can add to the onions and a little grated carrots. This layer should be slightly poured and peppered.

We clean five to seven potatoes and set them to cook. In the meantime, we prepare the fish fillet, wash it well and cut it into small pieces. In the event that the child is still very small, the fillet should be grinded with a blender.

From the cooked potatoes we cook the puree with the addition of butter. On the grater, we will rub one small carrot, and cut the greens finely. Now take the oiled form and put it first mashed potatoes, then salted fish fillets. Top with a layer of carrots and greens.

We beat two eggs with the addition of one hundred grams of sour cream and fill our casserole with this mixture. Cook in the oven for half an hour. It is noticed that even those children who do not really like fish, eat such casserole with pleasure.

And here's how a grated potato casserole with minced fish can be prepared. Take four large potatoes, brush them and sash them raw on a small grater. If there is a lot of juice, then it should be drained. Now add to the potato mass a little hot milk, salt and any seasonings. Half of the prepared mass is placed in a greased form.

To make this casserole, you can buy ready-made fish minced meat or make it at home by chopping fish fillets and onions in a blender. Fish mince should also be seasoned and seasoned to taste. We spread it on a layer of potatoes, and on top we distribute the remaining potato mass.

Now plentifully smear the top layer of salted sour cream and send our form to the oven. Bake at one hundred and eighty degrees twenty minutes, then switch the temperature control to the mark "one hundred and fifty" and continue to prepare the dish for another twenty-five minutes. Our casserole is ready when it is covered with a golden crust.
