Omelette with cheese - we eat delicious and healthy

Breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day. So our mothers asserted and every morning they stuffed us with a supply of food, which would be enough for a week. Porridge, cereal, fruit, vegetables, sandwiches, omelettes ... Sometimes it seemed that one such breakfast is calculated for at least ten.

There are a huge number of recipes for omelets. In the traditional version - this dish, which is prepared from eggs, whipped with milk (if it is not, you can use water) and a pinch of salt, fried in a pan. In omelettes you can add cheese, sliced ham (other meat products), shrimp, pepper, mushrooms, onions, etc. Everything depends only on imagination. Each national cuisine has its own version of this dish: Spanish tortilla and Italian frittata, Japanese omu-soba and omu-rice.

Some adore an omelette with cheese. It is very simple to prepare and it seems, came straight from childhood, because literally every person remembers how his mother cooked this dish for breakfast. And so, now you will learn how to prepare an omelette with cheese according to a traditional recipe.

What are we cooking from?

To prepare an omelette with cheese you will need:

· 4 eggs;

· a glass of milk;

· 30-50 grams of cheese (Dutch or mozzarella is best for this purpose);

· Flour - 2 tablespoons;

· Salt and black pepper;

· sunflower oil;

Greens for decoration.

Cooking through the steps

First, put the ingredients on the kitchen table. In a deep bowl, break all the eggs and whip the yolks with a whisk or fork. Scrub the cheese. Add milk, flour, cheese, salt, pepper. Stir everything.

Heat the frying pan over medium heat, pour some vegetable oil into it and let it heat up and spread over the bottom. Pour your next breakfast there.

Fry an omelette with cheese on medium or high heat for about three minutes. Then cover the pan with a lid, turn the fire to a minimum and cook until cooked. If desired, during cooking, you can turn it around, or you can not do it. Gradually, the cheese melts and spreads along the total mass.

When you are not in a hurry, for example, on weekends, you can cook for your family members, yes for yourself, a delicious omelette with tomatoes and cheese. Its composition is more like pizza, but it is much tastier and more tender.

Ingredients

To prepare an omelette with cheese and tomatoes you will need:

· Eggs - 4 pieces;

· a glass of milk;

· Cheese - 100 grams;

· 4 tablespoons of flour;

· Tomatoes - 100 grams;

· Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons;

· Green onions - 50 grams;

Greens for decoration;

· salt pepper.

Preparation

And so, we prepare an omelet. To begin with, cut the cuticle of a tomato with a cross and pour it with boiling water for half a minute. Then, fill these vegetables with cold water, remove the remaining peel from them and cut into small cubes.

Finely chop the green onions and place in a preheated frying pan. Cook for one minute. Add the tomatoes to the onions and fry them for about three minutes to evaporate the tomato juice.

With a mixer, whip the eggs with milk. In the resulting mass, add chopped greens and salt. Grate the cheese and add to the omelet mixture.

Pour well and pour into tomato sauce pan. Screw the fire to a minimum, cover the frying pan with a lid and cook until cooked over a small fire. Then turn off the flame and pass a small paddle along the bottom of the frying pan so as to separate the finished product throughout its area.

Cover the omelet with a plate. It should be the same size with a frying pan, and turn everything so that the dishes are on top, and the plate is at the bottom. Decorate the omelette with cheese and tomatoes with twigs of greens.
