For the preparation of the first young woman in the life of a fishy fish, a half-kilogram of any fish will be needed (no fish can be cooked without fish), grams of two hundred onions, 150 grams of carrots, 15 grams of gelatin, three bay leaves, three peas, five clove buds, And the salt is taken based on personal tastes and preferences. Again, carefully poured the broth with gelatin so that only the figures are hidden, after solidification in the refrigerator we will lay out the fish, finally fill it with broth and - in the fridge for four hours to complete hardening.

Ready to put the pour on the dish, turning over the resulting beautiful portions. You can sprinkle finely chopped herbs.

If the gelatin is normal, then the broth should be cooled first, then take a half cup and stir in it a spoonful of gelatin, then leave for swelling for about forty minutes. Then warm up the rest of the broth (two glasses), pour in it swollen gelatin and, stirring, warm to complete dissolution.

Now in the form, greased with deodorized oil, you need to pour a little jelly and put to freeze in the refrigerator. Put the mushrooms boiled densely and decorate with carrot slices and greens. After this, pour a layer of jelly and leave to freeze. The next layer is canned corn around the edges and fish (to the center). Pour out the remains of jelly and put in the refrigerator.

Turn the jelly into a dish, and to keep the jelly from the mold, you need to cover the dish with a towel soaked in hot water.
