Filevsky bus-trolleybus park (Moscow): history, perspectives, reviews

Undoubtedly, SUE "Mosgortrans" plays an important role in the organization of passenger flows and, accordingly, in the life of the capital. Filevsky bus-trolleybus fleet (FATP) is its special and strategically important division.

The state of its buses and trolleybuses, the rhythm, controllability and coordination of their work directly affect the work of various institutions, enterprises, organizations of the capital. Therefore, the main reference point of the FATP is the uninterrupted transportation of passengers on the established routes. This important task is successfully solved by the enterprise due to the correct organization of the work of transport, timely identification and elimination of problems, optimal and precise planning.

Filevsky bus-trolleybus park has always been distinguished by "firm" strict observance of the conditions of operation of urban passenger transport. Its buses and trolleybuses necessarily pass daily maintenance, maintenance-1, maintenance-2, maintenance-3, seasonal maintenance. Thus, the probability of failures and breakdowns is reduced, and the life of the parts is extended. Diagnostics of units and assemblies is performed on special stands, as well as with special equipment (stethoscope, compressorometer, gas analyzer, electric vehicle tester).

The enterprise manages to replenish its fleet with new buses and first-class trolley buses of large capacity. The production and technical base of FATP is certified by the state and meets the requirements of regulatory enactments and GOSTs.

Region of passenger service

Tens of thousands of Muscovites and guests of the capital are using daily services of this large transport enterprise.

The central branch (Filevsky bus-trolleybus park) serves the routes of the Central, Western, South-Western districts, as well as Odintsovo district of the Moscow region. The service area in the above-mentioned areas is as follows:

  • Fili-Davydkovo, Filevsky Park, Troparevo-Nikulino, Ramenki, Vernadsky Prospect, Ochakovo-Matveyevsky, Mozhaysky, Kuntsevo, Krylatskoye, Dorogomilovo (Western District).
  • Obruchevsky, Lomonosovsky, Gagarin, Academic (South-Western District).
  • Yakimanka, Khamovniki, Tverskoy, Presnensky, Arbat.

In accordance with the importance of the tasks to be accomplished in the organization of large passenger flows, it is obvious that FATP is the central branch of SUE "Mosgortrans".

Location, legal address, contacts

Filevsky bus-trolleybus park did not change its location from the date of its commissioning and to the current time. (Legal address of the company: 121170, Moscow, Dorogomilovo district, Denis Davydov St. , 2.)

The nearest metro stations are "Fili" and "Victory Park". The nearest stops of the city transport: "Street of Neverovsky" and "Victory Square".

The passenger can receive the information of interest to him by calling the Filevsky bus-trolleybus park (phones are on the organization's website). For questions of employment, those interested can apply to the HR department.

Brief Information on FATP

The central branch of SUE "Mosgortrans" (Filevsky bus-trolleybus park) as of January 27, 2017 has numerous bus-trolley buses numbering 897 units of transport:

  • 492 linear trolleybuses;
  • 373 line buses;
  • 10 service trolleybuses;
  • 22 service buses.

Line buses are organized into three columns (No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3, respectively). Among the official - part of the buses are school, the rest are united in a separate column.

Trolleybuses are grouped and serviced on the technical sites: Main, Leningrad and Khodynka.

Information component of the FITP transport sector

In addition to the transport component, the filial Filevsky bus-trolleybus fleet became one of the pioneers of the subdivisions of SUE "Mosgortrans", which started using information and computer equipment in the 1980s.

Automation of calculations assumed accounting of wages, fuel, spare parts, consumables. A variety of modes of transport assumed a large assortment of spare parts. The FATP information system evolved from programs written by its own automation department to modern industrial networking.

To date, the company "Mart-Inform" has implemented and supports the operation of the module "Vehicles" of the Galaktika system at the FATP. The previous software was adapted to the new system.

It is obvious that Filevsky bus-trolleybus fleet (branch of GUP "Mosgortrans") will further develop its information support in accordance with the decision of the Government of Moscow on the introduction of a navigation system that operatively manages transport flows and monitors them. This, of course, a promising direction allows you to optimize traffic, in time to prevent the mash state of the traffic situation.

Feedback - the source of work optimization

Fairly often appears on Internet forums Muscovites Filevsky bus-trolleybus park. Reviews about it can be divided into 4 large categories:

  • Thanks to the attentive drivers (with the indication of the route, full name);
  • Criticism of drivers carrying passengers as "firewood" (also with the indication of the route, full name);
  • Proposals for route optimization and postponement of stops;
  • Proposals to the leadership of the FATP to intensify the traffic of certain routes.

And this is not surprising, because the drivers of the enterprise are constantly in the mind, daily contact with Muscovites, serve them. All new models of urban transport, which later appeared on the streets of Russian cities, were tested here.

According to very numerous and so different Internet reviews, it can be stated that the Filevsky bus-trolleybus park really deserves respect for Muscovites. Reviews metropolitan residents of the work of its drivers, the state of transport, the rhythm of the routes are mostly good-natured, but businesslike.

In them, the passengers are presented with facts that the FATP administration subsequently scrutinizes and, as a proof of its respect for the opinion of passengers, leaves its official comments. It is often possible to read that the deficiency indicated by the passenger is eliminated or already eliminated.

By the way, one of the typical remarks addressed to drivers is the situation where two or three vehicles travel one after another in a small interval, but then a long pause occurs for passengers waiting at the bus stop. This situation in the future, of course, will be minimized with the introduction of monitoring.

The FATP history page

Filevsky bus-trolleybus park was created in the middle of the last century. The first component of the future FATP was numbered: Trolleybus Park No. 3. Its construction was progressing at a record pace. Launched in February 1939, its first stage was commissioned the following year, after the company was equipped with the first transport - trolleybuses produced in Yaroslavl, YaTTB-4.

By that time, the following fixed assets were built: repair shop, administrative building, residential building, dispensary. By the summer of 1941, the routes of ATP No. 3 served 139 trolleybuses of the YTB.

During the Great Patriotic War, part of its rolling stock was evacuated, and then transferred to Warsaw. A year after the Victory the park began to be equipped with trolleybuses МТБ-82М, produced by the Tushinsky machine-building plant. The increasing fleet of vehicles demanded the expansion of the site for their placement on 200 seats. The corresponding construction was carried out in 1949.

Until 1960, the second part of the future FATP was built near the company - an 8th bus fleet was built, originally designed for 250 buses. In February of the same year, trolleybus fleet No. 3 and bus fleet No. 8 were organisationally united by the decision of the Moscow City Executive Committee. Thus, since February 1960, the bus-trolleybus company, located in the West of Moscow at the address ul. Denis Davydov, 2, received one common name - Filevsky bus-trolleybus park.

The newly-named enterprise immediately became the flagship in a direct test on the routes of new bus brands. In particular, for its first test, new LiAZ-158 buses arrived.

The enterprise developed. Until 1968, the number of bus routes in it doubled - up to 26. New fixed assets were also constructed, until 1975 two slop bus shelters, a specialized maintenance hub, were put into operation. Filevsky bus-trolleybus park at the same time continuously continued to replenish with new technology.

In the 1990s, Hungarian buses Ikarus and LiAZ, which were produced in the Moscow region of Likino, drove on its routes. Since 1995 Mercedes-Benz-Turk buses have been delivered to the fleet, 325, 345, 8350, 8393 are replacing each other. Hungarian bus manufacturers also continue to cooperate: Ikarus-435.17, Ikarus-415.33.

Currently, Filevsky bus-trolleybus fleet organizes the transportation of passengers with the help of 350 buses of linear and more than 200 trolleybuses. It employs more than two thousand people. Most of them are bus and trolley bus drivers.

This is a unique transport structure, which is served by two fundamentally different modes of transport. (Usually there are either specialized bus or trolleybus parks.)

The park continues to be updated with the following buses: city low-floor LiAZ-5292.00, 15-meter triaxial buses "Volzhanin-6270", Belarusian city buses MAZ-107.065. The fleet serves 8 trolleybus and 41 bus routes (including 4 additional buses).

Also, an electric bus is being tested for the production of the Gorky Automobile Plant, which was created with the involvement of specialists from the MVTU. Bauman, for which a filling station was installed at the FATP.

What will the FATP become in the future?

At the end of 2016, a new procurement policy was announced for the city transport from the Central State Unitary Enterprise "Mosgortrans" (Filevsky bus-trolleybus park). Journalists immediately raised the rumor that the FATP could eventually turn into a purely bus fleet. In reality, it is unlikely that this is possible: all the same, the company's routes serve no less than 492 trolleybuses. Rather, speech in the near future is about increasing the proportion of the bus component of the FATP and about the replacement of a part of the trolley buses.

As follows from the interview of its director Glikman Sergey Igorevich, at present the rolling stock of Moscow's fleet of vehicles will be updated exclusively at the expense of buses. Trolleybuses will be transferred to the eighth trolleybus fleet, as well as they will replace the worn out cars of the first and fifth trolleybus parks.

Therefore, it is quite possible that the ATP will change its technological cycle almost after 80 years of operation, turning into a bus cycle. The Mayor of the capital has already announced the purchase of 900 buses this year. However, this is not the final metamorphosis of the enterprise.

Director of the Filevsky Bus and Trolleybus Park S.Glikman said in the same interview that in the coming years large purchases by Mosgortrans will be followed by a new type of public transport - electric buses designed for 90 passengers. Without charging, the electric bus runs all day. Charged its batteries for 5 hours. This transport was developed at the Likiya Automobile Plant.

The visually new mode of transport is almost indistinguishable from the low-floor bus, which is common to all of us. Drivers who experience it, also respond to the similarity of sensations. However, there is a different control panel than the bus, and less noise when driving along the route.

Of course, this transport is promising in the first place because of its environmental friendliness and the absence of emissions of combustion products of gasoline and diesel fuel into the atmosphere. It is figuratively called the green transport of the 21st century. However, the statistics are such that no city in the world has yet switched to servicing passenger traffic with this perspective transport.

Although to date, each of its units will cost twice as much as a bus of similar capacity, but the operating costs (meaning the cost of fuel) are immeasurably lower. Thanks to this, the electric bus pays off completely for five years of operation.

Problems of management

The main production processes of the FATP are the main production (linear routes are meant), auxiliary production (providing technical readiness of the rolling stock, its maintenance and repair) servicing production (information support, energy and fuel, quality control), production management.

Filevsky bus-trolleybus fleet is working effectively. Director Glickman's comments as a leader are predominantly positive. But, like any transport self-supporting enterprise, this, of course, faces production difficulties. And who does not have them today? They are generally typical of today's macroeconomic situation characterized by inflation. The reason for most of them is objective:

  • Rising fuel prices;
  • Increase in the cost of maintenance and repair;
  • Excessive wear of long-running transport;
  • Inflation pressure on the wage level of employees.

In these difficult conditions of management, the management talent becomes significant, consisting in the ability to control the situation and influence it, to separate the main from the secondary, the ability to rely on the understanding and support of the staff at all stages of economic activity.

Due attention is paid to clean transport in the FATP. The basic cleaning of the rolling stock by cleaner-washers takes place in the evening, when the transport leaves the line. For the cleaning of windows, detergents are used. OTK controls that dirty cars from the car park do not leave. Buses and trolleys that have completed the first shift, heading for the park, are run through the car wash, so that by the second shift they leave the route clean. Also, dry cleaning of buses and trolley buses at dispatcher stations is organized.

Personnel policy

Judging in general, the staff of the FATP is professional and fairly stable. The FATP leadership pays maximum attention to enhancing the cohesion and professionalism of the workforce. Timely repairs of administrative and industrial buildings, public places, improvement of the territory of the enterprise are carried out.

Although, which is typical for a large team, it has a small percentage of employees who work briefly. Like any large enterprise, the FATP has an influx of fresh personnel. This process is eternal: old cadres retire, young women take maternity leave ...

That is, after all, you can say that the Filevsky bus-trolleybus fleet is gradually updating its staff. The vacancies of the required specialists can be seen on the transport sites of Moscow. The bus drivers (trolley buses) are most often in demand.

However, it should be noted that the company values its personnel. In particular, when replacing trolley buses with buses on the routes or vice versa, conducts appropriate certified driver retraining.

Conclusion

Filevsky bus-trolleybus park (Moscow) is a dynamic, constantly developing enterprise. Its transport economy is involved in the passenger traffic of three important districts of the capital and one district of the Moscow suburbs.

The information component of its production process allows maintaining constant contact with passengers, responding to their comments and suggestions. Being part of SUE "Mosgortrans", the company plays an important role in the industrial implementation of innovations in passenger transport in Moscow.

Undoubtedly, the 8 Filevsky bus-trolleybus park, which has developed its firm potential for decades and has brought up highly qualified specialists, has a future. He confidently, fulfilling all assigned tasks, entered the new century of green technologies and is now on the verge of introducing a new promising passenger transport - electric buses. Its information support is adapted to the further level of its development - the introduction of a monitoring system for passenger vehicles on the routes of their movement.
