Fast fried pies with potatoes

The most delicious dish - fried pies with potatoes - quickly and easily prepared even by a very experienced hostess. So if you are going to please your relatives or treat your dear guests to these delicious treats, then you are on the right track. This stuff is just about how to fry the patty with potatoes so that they turn out delicious and soft.

So, we start to collect everything necessary for the pastry test. What do we need?

Of course, yeast, gram 20-25, without them. Another sugar (literally one tablespoon), warm water (boiled) - 0.3 liters, four and a half glasses of flour and a pinch of salt. Now go to the filling, because what kind of fried patties with potatoes, if they do not have it? For the filling, you need to cook 5-7 potatoes, an onion (and maybe two - it depends on your preferences), sunflower oil and salt. If everything happens in the summer months, the onion can be replaced with dill.

Well, we have gathered all the necessary ingredients, now we begin the ritual - prepare delicious fried patties with potatoes.

First of all, clean, wash off the dirt and start cooking potatoes. And while it is brewed, you can start to prepare the dough. Yeast, we crumbled into a container, pouring a spoonful of sugar. We spread the resulting mixture. We add 100 grams of warm water and wait for the sugar to dissolve. A little later, pour a little bit of salt and a couple of tablespoons of flour. Now we need to mix everything, cover the dishes with a clean towel and put them in a pre-prepared warm place. You can do with a water bath.

By the time we finished fiddling with the dough, the potatoes were already cooked. We make from it the usual mashed potatoes.

Fry the onion, if we have a plan with a filling with onions, or cut dill, if you decide to still make fried patties with potatoes and dill. So, finely chopped onions are fried in sunflower oil. Do not get carried away: overdone onions can discourage your households appetite. When the ray reaches the transparent state, immediately turn off the gas and wait until it turns golden. Everything, the onion is ready, you can remove it from the frying pan.

Add the onion in puree, mix thoroughly, salt to taste, (some pour in onion together with the oil on which it was roasted). Now we have something to stuff fried patties with potatoes.

While we were dealing with the stuffing, we got up and the opara. Our further actions will be: sift the flour, add the remaining water to the spoon, mix everything thoroughly. Add gradually all the remaining flour to make the dough soft. If it clings to your hands, you can pour a couple of spoons of sunflower oil into it. When the dough is well mixed, you can put it in the heat for 15 minutes. We watch him, and when it comes up, we begin to make patties. We tear off a small piece of dough, the size of which depends directly on what size pies you like.

Roll out a lump of dough into a cake and in the middle of the resulting pancake we spread a couple of spoons of the filling. The correct amount of filling is determined experimentally, the main thing is that it does not get out of the patty.

Now that we've made the patty, we need to put it on the dough board and roll it with a rolling pin. But here the main thing is not to overdo it, too thin pie can tear.

Now we have reached the penultimate stage: we plant a big fire, put a frying pan on the stove, heat oil on it and put our long and thin pies on it. Due to their small thickness they are fried very quickly, so do not yawn: once one side is blushed - immediately turn over. Fry the second side - from the frying pan down, and put the next one. All the cakes are ready? Let's cool a little and go to the last, most delicious stage, we start tasting!
