Potato is known to everyone as a product that surpasses all the others with its variety of recipes, which are read by more than a few hundred around the world, and it is only included in cookbooks. As soon as the lumps are gone and the mass turns out to be semi-liquid, put everything on a heated frying pan, which is pre-lubricated with oil and sprinkled with ground breadcrumbs. Put in the oven for half an hour and then enjoy an unforgettable taste.

It is impossible to enumerate all the variety of recipes, since most of them require original additives that not every landlady will have at home, and hardly ever are sold in Russia. In domestic cuisines, either mashed potatoes with fried cutlets or in the oven with a chop are very popular.

In general, all delicious dishes from potatoes are masterpieces of culinary art, which are described in dozens of books of different countries and peoples.
