Dishes from lavash: two different and unusual recipes
Dishes from pita bread always turn out beautiful and tasty. It is also worth noting that such snacks or hot meals are prepared very quickly, because the base can be easily purchased at the store, and for preparation of juicy and fragrant filling requires a minimum of time.

Option number 1 - roll
Necessary ingredients:
- Ready Armenian lavash - 3 pieces;
- Ground beef - 450 g;
- Small bulbs - 2 pcs .;
- Sunflower oil - 15 ml;
- Carrots average - 1 piece;
- Tomato ripe red - 3 pcs .;
- Hard cheese - 140 g;
- Fresh garlic - 2 cloves;
- Spices - to taste;
- Mayonnaise - 200-250 g;
- Lettuce leaves - 10-15 large;
- Fresh greens - for taste.
The process of preparing the filling for a roll
Pita bread can be prepared using different ingredients. For example, in this recipe, we use ground beef stuffing and fresh vegetables.
Forming a roll
Dishes of pita bread are recommended to be formed on a wet towel or gauze. So when wrapping this product will not tear and retain its beautiful appearance. The first lavash should be deployed on the table, and then distribute the mayonnaise sauce with garlic and lay out all the roasted minced meat. From the top you need to cover the meat with another sheet of Armenian bread, which is also recommended to cover with mayonnaise from 2 sides. On its surface it is necessary to lay out lettuce leaves and circles of tomatoes. The last lavash should also be smeared with garlic sauce and sprinkled with grated cheese. After that, the multilayered layer should be tightly wrapped in a roll and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Option number 2 - gross
Necessary ingredients:
- Ready Armenian lavash - 4 pcs .;
- Chicken fillet - 300 g;
- Sunflower oil - 15 ml;
- Carrots average - 1 piece;
- Hard cheese - 140 g;
- Spices - to taste;
- Fresh mushrooms - 100-150 g;
- Medium bulbs - 3 pcs .;
- Fresh greens - for taste.
Process of preparation of a gross
Fried lavash dishes can have different fillings. We take chicken fillets and fresh mushrooms for this. They should be washed, cleaned, chopped and fried in sunflower oil, along with onions, herbs, spices and carrots. After that, the ingredients must be cooled, mixed with grated cheese, and then put in the middle of the pita in the amount of 5-8 large spoons. After that, it is recommended to wrap the flour product with an envelope and fry in a pan (with vegetable oil) at the maximum value of the fire.
Correct feed to the table
Dishes from Armenian lavash (depending on the dish itself) should be served to the table either in hot or cold. It is also worth noting that, together with them, family members are encouraged to present sweet and strong tea.
