We cook dishes of bananas

First of all, it should be clarified that there are about 300 varieties of bananas, but all of them, in fact, are divided into 2 types: sweet and starchy. Sweet - these are the very bananas that we buy to eat raw, and starch - this is just the ones from which it is customary to cook (although, say, directly, dishes from bananas sweet: fried, steamed, boiled - no worse than From starchy). In addition, there are dwarf bananas (they are sweeter than usual), red bananas (especially good in baked and fried form) and even bananas that have apple tastes. In short, the choice for fans of gastronomic delights is simply immense.

Banana in chocolate

The recipe for this dish is quite simple. For 2 bananas, we need 100 grams of chocolate (for those who like sweet - milk, for lovers of contrasts - bitter) and about a glass of roasted peanuts.

Bananas need to be cut about 3-4 parts, peanut chop (size determine to your liking), and melt the chocolate in a water bath or (which is easier) in the microwave until the liquid state. Then each piece of banana should be dipped in chocolate and roll in nuts. After that, the resulting delicacy must be cooled in the refrigerator and - a pleasant appetite!

To prepare this delicious and light dish you will need: 4 bananas, 400 grams of curd mass (preferably with vanilla), 1 egg, a couple tablespoons of raisins, as much sugar and flour.

Very interesting dishes are obtained from bananas, if added to the dough. To make a pie, we need 1 cup of flour, as much powdered sugar, 2 eggs, 4 bananas, 100 g of butter, some ground walnuts, and baking powder.
