Dairy kitchens - what is it?

Our society is quite ambivalent about this phenomenon, like dairy cuisines. Some moms are indignant about why they are not given recipes for dairy products, while others refuse them, believing that everything free is of poor quality and harmful. Let's take an objective look at this phenomenon, weighing all the pros and cons.

Children's dairy cuisine appeared in the USSR - a state that, as far as possible, took care of the younger generation. State control gave a guarantee of the quality of products intended for children. The Socialism Society, which proclaimed equality for all, did not graduate the population, and each child received access to dairy kitchens. Their main goal was to provide the kids with the necessary for normal development and growth, and suitable for the composition of the child's body, quality sour-milk products.

The state and society have changed, the era of capitalism has come. Dairy kitchens also changed their purpose, changed to them and the attitude of the state. In the media from time to time, you can read information about the new laws adopted by the subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of social support of the population. It is positioned like this: "Achieve! Children from low-income families will receive "milk" in specialized centers! ". Nobody says that these items are located so that there can not be reached, especially with the child. In order to get the right to free dairy products, you need to collect documents and "walk" through the authorities. There is no special guarantee that the products will be of superior quality - poisoning of small consumers occurs from time to time.

Thus, in modern society, dairy cuisines have a pronounced social orientation. They are called primarily to support low-income families. On the question of who put the milk kitchen, there is no definite answer due to the fact that it is solved on the ground in different ways. More or less common for the whole of Russia are the following categories:

  • Children up to 2 to 3 years (depending on the region) from families whose per capita income is below the subsistence minimum;
  • Children with chronic diseases up to 15 years;
  • Children with disabilities under 18 years.

In connection with the above, in a cramped position are children from middle-income families. Their parents purchase sour-milk products in the store and also do not have confidence in the quality and acceptability of these products for children. Mom, who have time, make their own yogurt and curds for their kids. In this case, they can be really sure of the freshness and quality of the product. But not everyone has such an opportunity. Often young mothers "negotiate" with a pediatrician and become consumers of dairy cuisines.

So, on the one hand, dairy kitchens are needed, especially for the category of citizens who raise children in poverty, on the other hand, the need for dairy products, adapted for children, is also in families of medium and high incomes. A good option may be a paid children's dairy kitchen along with free (for socially unprotected families). The state should change its attitude to the control over the quality of products and the proper provision of a single legislative framework for the whole of Russia so that a child whose parents are registered in another city or region is not deprived.
