The region's decoration can be called the Anadyr River and Lake Krasnoe, Pekulneyskoe and the crater lake Elgygytgyn. In the valleys of rivers on the talic sites, shrubs of willows, alders, fragrant poplar and birch grow. They are found mainly near the Anadyr basin. Animal and plant life

The Chukchi highland is the land of permafrost. The district is interesting with its natural resources, as well as tourist orientation.
