Ingredients:

  • Chicken - 1 piece;
  • Cream - 100 g;
  • Testicles - 3 pieces;
  • A loaf - half;
  • Cheese - to taste;
  • Condiments;
  • Garlic - 2-3 cloves;
  • Bulb - 1 pc.

Pancakes:

  • Milk - 1 glass;
  • Testicle - 1 piece;
  • Flour - 100 g;
  • Granulated sugar - 1 tsp;
  • Salt - to taste.

Preparation

1) Prepare pancakes. To do this, fill the required amount of flour in the container, add the egg, half a glass of milk and mix, then add the remaining milk, gently stir so that there are no lumps. In a hot skillet, bake pancakes.

2) Wash the chicken, drain it.

3) Using a very sharp knife, skin the skin and carefully separate the meat from it. Tail to cut and remove the skin right up to the wings, which are cut off so as not to damage it.

4) Baton soak in cream, you can even leave a crust. The fat content of the cream does not matter. Choose what you like best.

5) Cut the meat from the bone and grind, adding toasted onions and carrots. All the other toasted vegetables are not touched. Bones also do not need to be thrown away, they will make an excellent broth.

6) In the minced meat add eggs, salt, pepper, squeeze out the garlic, mix. Further we pour out mushrooms with vegetables, again we mix.

Chicken with pancakes inside, as you understand, is stuffed with them. Therefore, it's time to prepare the filling.

7) For pancakes: mix the egg, salt, sugar, half a cup of milk and flour. Stir to not appear lumps, adding the rest of the milk.

8) Fry the mixture of thin crusts. Cool down.

9) For each pancake put the stuffing and tightly roll.

10) Prepared skin to attach on one side near the neck, put a handful of minced meat. Then shove inside the pancake, cover with minced meat. The same to do with all the pancakes, so that between them there was no air and emptiness.

11) Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

12) Pinch on the other side with a toothpick so as to connect the upper skin with the tail.

13) Put the chicken back on the baking sheet and pour half a glass of water onto the bottom.

14) Send to the oven for an hour, periodically check that the water does not evaporate. If it did, add water and bring it to the ready.

Chicken baked with pancakes after the end of the process should stand overnight in a cold place.
