Chernovrivtsy: medicinal properties and contraindications

Culinary use of flowers without attention did not remain with gourmets of other countries, the cuisine of which abounds with meat dishes. The popularity of marigold among "meat-eaters" is easy to explain - they possess not only excellent taste qualities, but also the ability to eliminate unnecessary strain on the digestive tract caused by such dishes. The use of marigolds as a condiment to it makes it possible to neutralize to a large extent the harmful effect on the gastrointestinal tract of heavy food.

To make a brine, you need 50 grams of salt per kilogram of flower baskets. First you need to prepare a brine (a dose of salt for 0.5 liters of water). Contraindications
