Dessert without baking

Cake marble with gelatin can be made without baking. This will require:

  • 500 g of low-fat cottage cheese;
  • 500 g of sour cream (15%);
  • 40 g of gelatin;
  • 100 ml of milk;
  • 3 tbsp. L. cocoa;
  • A glass of sugar sand;
  • 2 tsp. Ordinary instant coffee.

The dough for the cake is made without the addition of flour. Cottage cheese is mixed with sour cream and granulated sugar. The resulting mixture is beaten in a blender. Gelatin is soaked for a short time in cold water, during which time milk is heated. It adds a swollen gelatin mass. The mixture is mixed and heated to a slow fire until the gelatin is completely dissolved. To bring the mass to a boil is impossible.

Then the gelatin mixture is added to the cottage cheese mass and mixed well. It is divided into three parts.
