But, our good friends did not know where to rent a house in the Crimea - they were also a realtor and the owners of houses offered to rent a house in Alushta and Sevastopol. But as a result it turned out that it was not possible to have a rest in Sevastopol or Alushta fully and inexpensively. In a word, this is nonsense and not rest - this is if you want to have a good rest on the beach in a private house. They realized that private houses in Sevastopol are much more expensive than the South Coast of Crimea - Alushta houses are also expensive, because they are rented by numbers. One room or room of a private house in Alushta in summer costs from 600 hryvnia - it's 10-15 minutes walk from the sea and with ordinary repairs and not apartments, you can only dream about the pool for this money.

Choose the SKA - it's Yalta, the territory from Gurzuf to Foros is much cheaper than resting in the same Turkey.
Frankly speaking, Crimea is 2 times cheaper than the rest in Turkey, so forgive me for the truth, tour operators are profiting from us. You do not believe that Crimea is much cheaper than Turkish resorts? You can count yourself how much it costs to rent a whole house in Crimea and a trip for one person to Turkey! An outrageous difference !!

Our other friends decided to rest in the Crimea and rent a house in Sudak.
But, as a result, they were badly burned - because they actually rented a house and part of a private mini-boarding house in Sudak near the aar or the Tatar for 300 green ones. Then they went to Alushta - but to no avail, there are so many people living there and there is not enough housing for everyone, so housing in Alushta costs a lot of money.

The fact is that Alushta and Sudak in summer are overcrowded and the rented housing here is ten times less than there is in the city of Yalta - not counting the housing at the resorts belonging to the city of Yalta.
