Bean cutlets are a dish for vegetarians and meat eaters

Cutlets are a delicious and popular dish. But it turns out they can be cooked not only from meat or fish. For vegetarians, as well as for those who adhere to the requirements of fasting, there is a variation of this dish, prepared from beans.

Cutlets from beans are not just tasty, but also useful, because beans, like other legumes, are a source of vegetable protein, a substance absolutely necessary for those who do not eat animal food.

So, to cook the cutlets from beans lean, we need a glass of dry beans. The variety of it does not matter, you can take both red and white. Also, a couple of boiled potatoes in medium size, grams of fifty dried mushrooms, 3 tablespoons of flour and a teaspoon of salt will be required. Another variant of cooking this dish does not involve the use of potatoes. In this case, in white mashed potatoes, white bread soaked in milk or water is added. According to this recipe, you can add a raw egg to the mass, but you can do without it.

Another interesting recipe - beef cutlets with vegetables. The beans are prepared with minced meat, as in the first recipe. Meanwhile, in a frying pan in oil, finely chopped onions are fried and the carrot is worn on a shallow grater. Fry vegetables with a slight heating until soft. We add ready-made vegetables in beans from beans, season them to taste and form cutlets, panning them in flour or breadcrumbs. This dish needs a sauce. To cook it again fry onions with carrots and add tomato paste or tomato juice to vegetables. If necessary, add water, salt, pepper and cook on low heat until the vegetables are ready. In the finished sauce, add the finely chopped greens.

In the event that there is no time to mess with soaking and cooking beans, you can prepare an express version of cutlets. To do this, you need to buy canned beans and drain the jar from the jar. Otherwise, cutlets from canned food are prepared in the same way as in the first recipe.

Those who do not fast, but just want to diversify their menu, can cook cutlets from beans with various additives. For example, in grind beans can be added grated cheese or crumbled cheese.

You can cook cutlets from beans with the addition of minced meat. In this case, for 400 grams of ready-cooked boiled beans you need to take about 150 grams of ground beef, a couple of eggs, an onion and 2 tablespoons of potato starch.

Chop the boiled beans together with onions. If desired, these cutlets can add a little garlic, as well as any spices to your liking. After that, in the minced meat, break the eggs, pour the starch and mix the mass to homogeneity. We form small cutlets and fry them in oil, having previously rolled them in breadcrumbs.
