George Epifantsev

George Epifantsev in the film was shot a little. He was, first of all, a theatrical actor. For many years he played at the Moscow Art Theater and the Taganka Theater. In the sixties he was invited to the cinema. Epifantseva began to learn on the street, and now not only amateurs of theatrical art, but also ordinary spectators. This happened in 1991. And long before the tragic event, one of the characters of the "Ugryum River" said to Prokhor: "The beginning will be good, the middle - the middle, and the end is terrible."

Afanasy Kochetkov

This actor has played in the movie set of roles. His most famous image is Turgenev's Gerasim. Kochetkov was shot in the movies until the last days of his life. In 2005, a film was released in which he played the last role. But the actor was no longer alive. Athanasius Kochetkov died in 2004. The cause of death is head trauma, the origin of which is unknown. Eight days before his death, Kochetkov disappeared, his relatives sounded the alarm. The actor was found in one of the hospitals, but what happened to him and where he was missing for more than a week, he could not explain due to the difficult condition. Three days after hospitalization, Kochetkov died.

Lyudmila Chursina

The actress before the role in the film, referred to in this article, has already played in the movie several heroines. But they were mostly secondary. The role in the film "Ugrum-river" was for Chursina the first serious work in the cinema. Her fate was much more successful than the personal and professional life of Epifantsev. Lyudmila Chursina has played a myriad of roles, in 1981 she received the title of People's Artist, and has been acting in films to this day.
