Salad with beans and beef .

Ingredients:

350 grams of boiled beef, 3 fresh cucumbers, a fifth of white bread loaf (3-4 thick slices) or a large pack of crackers ("Kirieshki", "Khrustim" or "Vorontsovskie" - not important, but preferably rye ), 2 cloves of garlic.

If you want to give this salad warm (instead of the second dish for lunch), serve until the meat has cooled down, and make biscuits yourself. Take slices of white bread, cut into slices, and fry until a ruddy crust with garlic cloves. To make cucumbers look appetizing in a salad - cut them into strips, and boiled beef - small cubes. Season with mayonnaise.
