6. Aging and death - this happens in the event that the collective does not develop. Changing the time and requirements for the skills of specialists causes a certain lag, in connection with which the staff can not "stay afloat." And then the head takes more radical methods - for example, reorganization.

What to do to make the team develop

Apparently, the best stage in the development of the team is "Mastery". In this case, the task of each leader is to take a direct part in the life of his team.
