White language - a sign of what? We understand together

  • Diseases of the liver, gallbladder. For diseases of these organs is characterized by fibrinous plaque, which is painted in a white-yellow color. If a person has hepatitis, then yellowness is more intense and manifests on the front of the organ.
  • Crohn's disease. Reducing the number of adrenal hormones and increasing melanin also causes spots in the tongue.

Other reasons

White coating on the tongue is a symptom characteristic of the following diseases:

  • Pustular psoriatic erythroderma. The tongue is covered with a touch of roundish forms of a grayish white hue.
  • Addison's crisis. For such a disease, not white plaque, but brown color is characteristic.
  • Severe kidney pathology, namely chronic or acute renal failure. The tongue is fairly densely coated with a gray-whitish bloom.
  • Dehydration of the body is accompanied by a dry white coating on the tongue.
  • Chronic or acute radiation sickness.
  • Alcoholism, smoking.
