Nasal breathing disorder

First of all, let's look at the fact that one of the causes of the disease - a violation of nasal breathing in adenoids in children, curvature of nasal septums, polyps in the nose. How does the disease progress?

Chronic decompensated tonsillitis proceeds as follows.

First of all, the soft lymphoid tissue is damaged and replaced by a more rigid connective tissue. Later, fusion and scarring should be performed from within the tonsils. They narrow, there is a closure of the lacunae of the tonsils, and this serves as a source for closed purulent foci. Puffs accumulate in the gaps, after which so-called plugs are formed. They contain not only pus, but also the muffled epithelium of the mucous membrane, particles of food, dead and living microbes. So what is tonsillitis? In chronic tonsillitis may increase tonsils, but their size may not change significantly. In their gaps, suitable conditions are created for the formation of pathogenic microbes, the vital activity of which contributes to the maintenance of inflammation in the tonsils. Often there is a situation in which microbes spread through the lymphatic ways and the cervical nodes begin to increase.

Symptoms of tonsillitis and its course is determined by the presence of hyperemia, a cylindrical increase in the edges of the palatine arch, the formation of cicatricial adhesions between the palatine arch and amygdala, the alteration of the tonsils, the scarring of the tonsils, caseous-purulent plugs or liquid pus in the lacunae of the tonsils, an increase in the cervical lymph nodes. If several such ancestors are found, the doctor diagnoses "tonsillitis".
