We cook chops with mushrooms from minced meat, chicken breast and buckwheat

Cutlets with mushrooms are a very interesting and multivariate dish. First, you can cook it from any minced meat - meat, chicken or fish. For example, let's try to cook cutlets with mushrooms from minced meat. We need half a kilogram of minced meat, two onions, one hundred grams of white bread without crusts, a pair of cloves of garlic, fifty grams of sour cream, an egg. In addition, fresh mushrooms in the amount of three hundred grams (champignons or oyster mushrooms), flour for breading and butter for frying cutlets will be needed.

Mushrooms boil, finely chopped. Also finely chop the onion. In a bowl with minced meat we put sour cream, mushrooms, onions, soaked and well-pressed bread. There we also shredded garlic and raw egg. Do not forget to salt the minced meat and season with your favorite spices.

Ready cutlet minced meat is cut into portions, we make small cutlets, paniruem them in flour and fry in oil. Fry the cutlets need about seven minutes on each side on a moderate fire.

As an option, you can not put mushrooms in the ground, but fry them with onion and sour cream. Then, form a small loaf of ordinary cutlet mince, put a little stuffing in the center and stitch it like a patty. Ready cutlets patty in flour and fry.

And even the usual ready-made cutlets can be turned into a delicious dish. To do this, lay out the ready-made cutlets (you can even yesterday, taken from the refrigerator) on a greased baking sheet. On the surface of each cutlet, distribute a bit of the mushroom filling, prepared as described above, and sprinkle the top with cheese. Bake the dish in the oven for about ten minutes and get, instead of mediocre cutlets, a festive dish.

And here's how you can cook chops with mushrooms from chicken meat. For these loaves is perfect chicken breast, which must be cut into small cubes. For a kilogram of chicken, we need one bulb, two eggs, a couple of spoons of sour cream or mayonnaise, 250 grams of boiled and finely chopped mushrooms and three tablespoons of starch.

Beat eggs with sour cream or mayonnaise, add starch to them and mix the mass well. Now we pour into a bowl pieces of chicken, mushrooms and finely chopped onions. All mixed and put in the cold for at least two hours.

Fry such cutlets in oil, spreading a lot of spoon, as when baking pancakes. As a result we get delicious and juicy cutlets.

You can similarly cook and fish cutlets with mushrooms. The recipe for such cutlets does not differ from the above, only the chicken meat in the list of ingredients must be replaced with fish fillets.

And if the house has no meat, no chicken, no fish, then you can advise to cook buckwheat cutlets with mushrooms. For this dish, we need three glasses of finished buckwheat porridge, a couple of eggs, two hundred grams of fresh mushrooms and cheese, a bulb and a small carrot. Fry finely chopped onions, carrots and mushrooms, without forgetting to salt and season. Now mix the contents of the frying pan with cold buckwheat porridge, add raw eggs and grated cheese. We mix everything, we make cutlets and fry them, previously wrapped in breadcrumbs or flour.

Similarly, you can cook cutlets, using boiled rice or oat flakes. Fine cutlets with mushrooms are obtained from vegetables - potatoes, cabbage, zucchini. And if you want to make a dish less caloric, then you can not fry the cutlets in a frying pan, and bake them in the oven. You can use a steamer or a microwave oven to cook cutlets.
