Information in various sources about the life of this modern writer is quite contradictory. Dotsenko Victor was born on a train in a small station near Chernigov on April 12, 1946. Children's years of the future writer were held in the Siberian city of Omsk. In his youth, he was seriously engaged in multiathlon, he earned the title of Master of Sports. Without any problems I entered the Bauman Moscow City Technical University. He studied at the Moscow State University, the Sofia Institute of Economics.
