Tsar's Cheesecake: a recipe for cooking curd dainties

Main Ingredients:

  • Butter (200 grams);
  • Cottage cheese 9% (two packs);
  • Wheat flour (two glasses);

  • Peel of one lemon.

Technology of preparation

We rub the chilled butter on a large grater. It should be an oil crumb. Add flour and mix thoroughly. The resulting dough will be the basis for our cake. We divide it into 2 parts: we put one into a baking dish and leave the other for sprinkling. Now we are preparing the filling. Grind lemon zest. It is very important that it is small. We rub cottage cheese with chicken eggs, vanillin, zest and sugar. This curd filling is laid out on the first part of the test, which is already distributed in the form. Then we sprinkle the second one. The oven is heated to 180 degrees. The form with our future cheesecake will be put for forty minutes.   • Butter (200 grams);
  • Baking powder (one sachet);
  • three eggs;
  • Flour (two glasses);
  • Granulated sugar (one glass);

  • Vanillin (sachet).

Technology of preparation

We take the butter from the refrigerator and immediately rub it on the grater. Add flour, baking powder and granulated sugar. Thoroughly mix (you can hands). For the filling, whisk eggs, curds and vanillin. Stir it all well. Lubricate the bowl in the multivark butter. Lay out layers. First, the oil crumb, then the curd mixture. Cook the cheese in the "Baking" mode. Set the time to twenty minutes. As the signal sounds, remove the bowl and allow the baking to cool. Carefully remove it. The royal cheesecake is ready!

Main Ingredients:

  • Margarine (125 grams);
  • Soda (1/4 tsp);
  • Flour (two glasses);
  • Curd mass (500 grams);
  • Granulated sugar (two glasses);
  • Four chicken eggs;
  • Fine salt (1/4 tsp);
  • Raisins (to taste).

Technology of preparation

We begin to prepare a crumbly dough. Margarine finely chop into pieces. Mix it with flour, salt, soda and sugar. Divide the dough into two parts. We pour the first on the baking tray, and the second while we leave. Now we are preparing the filling. Combine the cottage cheese, chicken eggs, sugar and mix well, to obtain a homogeneous mass. We add raisins. You can also use dried apricots, prunes or whatever your heart desires. The pan should be greased with oil, sprinkle with the first part and put stuffing on it, sprinkle the second on top. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Bake for forty minutes. Then take it out and let it cool down. So, the royal cheesecake is ready. The recipe exists, as you can see, not alone. From above, you can put at will berry jam, cream or fruit.
