The recipe for the Easter cake contains the simplest foods that every housewife probably has. To make an Easter cake, you need to mash the butter, add sugar and lemon zest to it and carefully grind it.

Then the eggs are introduced into the resulting mixture and whipped until the sugar is completely dissolved, after which the milk is poured in with soda, lemon juice, wheat flour and knead the dough. Form before baking should be oiled, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and lay out the dough. Form with a test put in a preheated to 180 degrees oven and bake until ready for about an hour.

To make the dough soft, it should be kneaded from the top down and as quickly as possible, and that the structure of the cake is fine-grained, the whites are whipped into a foam and then introduced into the dough, after the flour.

For the recipe you need:

* Flour 1.5 cups
* Cottage cheese 200 gr
* Eggs 3 pieces
* Sugar 1 glass
* Butter 130 g
* Raisins 1 glass
* Soda 0.5 teaspoon
*Lemon juice
*Salt
*Powdered sugar

First, as in the previous recipe, butter is blanched with sugar. Then alternately add egg yolks, cottage cheese, soda, stewed with lemon juice and raisins. All mix quickly, add flour and salt to the tip of the knife. Proteins are whipped into a steep foam, carefully added to the dough and finally kneaded. The dough is placed in a mold and baked. The finished cooled cake is taken from the mold and sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Easter chocolate cake is better to bake in a special form, which gives it a circular shape. For chocolate cake you need to take the following ingredients:

* Flour 2 cups
* Oil or margarine 200 gr
* Eggs 4 pieces
* Sugar 1,5 cups
* Milk 0.5 cups
* Cocoa 4 tablespoons
* Soda 0.5 teaspoons
* Vanilla, raisins, nuts if desired

Oil or margarine put in a pan, melt and add to it cocoa, sugar and milk. All ingredients should be mixed well, and then boiled. When the mass cools down, add flour, soda and eggs, as well as flavorings, for example raisins. Ready-made cake can be glazed with icing or sprinkled with powdered sugar.
