There is a belief that caring for a room rose is extraordinarily complex. In fact, this is not so. Obligatory condition is, of course, providing the flower with the necessary conditions for life. To learn about them, you need to have some information. And first of all you need to find out where the birthplace of the room is.

What is a room rose

A room rose is a miniature plant that has the same structure as an ordinary garden. Every self-respecting horticulturist must have some knowledge about his plants. The native land of the rose is the subtropics of Southeast Asia. This means that if you want to become the owner of a beautiful plant, you must provide him with proper care.

The main condition is the inoculation of the rose. If this is not done, then in our climate the flower will die. This is understandable, because the birthplace of the indoor rose is significantly different and temperature regimes, and seasonal precipitation, and weather conditions.

To survive the rose, vaccination and fresh air are needed. These are the minimum conditions under which the flower will please you with its beauty.

Bloom

The birthplace of the rose room is the territory where summer is year round. This causes a long flowering of the bush. He only occasionally makes minor breaks. Of course, this depends on the species.

Those of them that are most adapted to our climate, bloom exclusively in the summer. This is explained by the air temperature.

The color scheme of the flower is really amazing. It includes a variety of all shades, from black to white. Exceptions are blue and blue, as well as their variations. If desired, you can create a similar coloring by simply adding the ink to the water. But you must understand that with such care, roses will begin to wither. Those wishing to have a flower of extravagant coloring should look after it doubly.

Caring for the rose

As a room rose flower requires special attention. You should be prepared for a lot of hassle and problems. Rose house room requires special lighting, temperature, moisture and watering, because the usual conditions for it are significantly different from our climate.

The temperature in the room should be above 14-20 degrees. If it falls below 10 degrees, then the flower falls into a state of rest, and the flowering process stops. The homeland of the rose room is the subtropics, where the temperature is maintained throughout the year at a fairly high level.

Watering is a special hassle. Rose in the room is very afraid of drying and waterlogging. It is very important to water the flower regularly and at the same time. The period of activity should be accompanied by copious irrigation. However, you should be careful and do not overdo it. During the rest period, watering should be moderate.

Lighting is also due to a variety of nuances. An indoor flower rose loves light and warmth, but with direct sunlight gets burns. That's why in the house it should be put on the western or eastern side, so that it receives a maximum of light, but there was also a shade.

The birthplace of the rose room assumes absolutely different conditions for its cultivation. Those wishing to have a wonderful flower should bring them as close as possible. Vaccinations, of course, contribute to acclimatization, but are not able to turn the Chinese rose into "our" plant definitively. A Chinese room rose loves moisture very much. It should be regularly sprayed on all sides. Sometimes a rose can be washed in the shower. In the room where the flower grows, it is necessary to create a humidity of more than 50%. If this is not done, then a spider mite will become possible.

Diseases and pests

Chinese indoor rose, like any other flower, is uninsured from the appearance of pests and various diseases. The most dangerous and unpleasant ailments are the black leg and spider mites. A room rose (the native land of the plant provides for specific diseases) requires proper care in order to avoid diseases.

Spider mite

Spider mite - a vector of dangerous diseases. He settles on the plant and sucks life out of it. The leaves of the plant turn white and eventually fall off. You can get rid of it. It is necessary to treat leaves and flowers with infusion of garlic water or special insecticides. Do this no less than four times. To prevent such a parasite, you should regularly spray the plant and keep the humidity at a sufficient level.

Blackleg

The black leg is one of the most dangerous species of soil fungus. It usually affects the weak and non-adapted to the climate plants. It can appear if the watering is too abundant, or the temperature in the room is low enough. The action of this parasite can be seen immediately - the base of the stem and the root neck turn black. At the first sign should take serious measures, otherwise the plant may die. Initially, it is necessary to pour the flower with the drug "Phytosporin" or a solution of ordinary manganese. If this does not help and the rose does not heal, cut healthy cuttings. Thanks to them, the rose is rooted again in new soil. The pot should be thoroughly washed with laundry soap, and removed from the old land.

Transfer

A room rose (the native land of the plant has a special soil) requires a regular transplant. Usually it is done in early spring. The method is transshipment. It should be remembered when choosing the soil that the rose actively uses substances from it. That is why it is necessary to select the most nutritious earth mix. This is sod-humus or sod-clayey. If you can not find it, you can use a mixture of peat, earth and sand.

The choice of pot is no less important. It should be at least a couple of centimeters larger than the previous one, and have several holes at the bottom. A prerequisite is its light color. This will ensure that it will heat up less, which will have a beneficial effect on the flower itself. At the very bottom of the pot, about one centimeter of expanded clay is poured.

The rest period

Chinese rose room has in its cycle an obligatory period of rest. Most often, it begins in the middle of autumn, when flowering ends. Then the plant must be transferred to a cool room, the temperature in which should be below 10 degrees. The optimal range for the rest period is 6-8 degrees. In apartment conditions, the content of a room rose in the period of rest causes most problems.

In winter, the apartments are well heated, and finding a suitable place where the temperature will be low enough is very difficult. Probably, almost the only variant of the content of such a flower in the apartment conditions is the glazed balcony.

It is very important to provide the rose with warm soil. For this it will be enough to put the pot in a box with sawdust. Regularly check the temperature on the balcony so that it does not fall below the 6 degree mark. If this happens, then a black leg may appear, which contributes to the weakening of the plant.

Watering in resting mode should be moderate. Spray the bush is not worth it at all. If everything is done correctly, then in March the flower will please you with buds.
