If the soup is brewed with cereals, it is desirable to soak it in the evening, so that it quickly reached the ready. The recipe is slightly more complicated than the previous one, but it is also quite affordable. Ingredients: onions - 250 grams (several large heads or medium size), butter - 60-70 grams, peeled walnuts - 100-120 grams, tomatoes - 450-500 grams, coriander - 3-4 sprigs, rice - 100 grams , Garlic, herbs, spices, salt - all to taste.

At first, the onion is cut and pouced in a pan. Only it must not be forgotten to interfere so that it does not burn out. Cease nuts, garlic, coriander, chilli, mix everything. Add hot water (broth), about 7-8 glasses. Mix again and pour into a saucepan with onions. Pour rice (or thin noodles, vermicelli), add salt and put on medium heat. Tomatoes are served with boiling water, skin is removed from them. The flesh must be finely chopped, fumigated and rubed to a consistency of mashed potatoes. In general, tomatoes are widely used by Georgian cuisine. Recipes soup-kharcho, whatever they are, necessarily include this ingredient. So, tomato puree must be stewed separately, until the excess liquid evaporates, and then put in soup. Let everything boil, then add parsley and cilantro and take it off the fire - the dish is ready.
