In this difficult matter he is helped by the magician Zeddikus Zul Zorander and Mother-Confessor - Kahlan Amnell. The second season tells of the defeat of Darken Rahl, but Richard has no time to rest, because there was a new enemy, which is at times stronger and more powerful than the previous one - the Lord of the Underworld. The fighting team of Sifer is replenished with Mord-Sith-Kara, who previously served as Darken.

The series is far away from the plot, which is described in books, especially in the final picture. The book rewrites the main images and characters, shows individual situations, but the plot is very changed. Perhaps this is due to the difficulty of transferring to the TV screen all the emotions and sensations of magic that make up most of the literary original.

Actors who performed secondary roles, also treated their characters with all seriousness and professionalism.

It is necessary to say a separate word about the special effects of the picture. In the narrative, they are certainly present, for example, the Border looks quite impressive. Of course, monsters and some magical actions to some viewers may seem extremely naive and, accordingly, unnatural, but, firstly, it's still a series, secondly, the year of release in the 2008 release.
