Boil vareniki in large quantities of salted boiling water. They will be ready after five minutes of boiling. You can cook them in a double boiler. We serve vareniki with potatoes with butter, sour cream or tomato sauce. You can also prepare for them a dressing from fried in oil onions and carrots. It is better not to boil vareniki for future use, they are tasty only in hot form. Therefore for storage it is better to freeze raw vareniki.
