The drug "Neuromidine." Analogues, indications, contraindications

In diseases of the nervous system, bulbar paralysis and paresis, as well as with organic lesions of the central nervous system, which occur with motor disorders, cholinesterase inhibitors are used. Often prescribe the drug "Neuromidin". Analogues of this pharmacological agent - "Aksamon", "Amiridin".

Cholinesterase inhibitors stimulate impulses in neuromuscular synapses due to blockade of potassium channels in cell membranes. In addition, they increase the effect of acetylcholine, adrenaline and serotonin, as well as histamine and oxytocin on smooth muscle.

Pills

This drug restores neuromuscular transmission and provides impulses in the peripheral NA, which is disrupted due to inflammatory processes, injuries, as well as the action of antibiotics, local anesthetics, potassium chloride.

Have you been prescribed Neuromidine? The price (tablets - a cheaper form of the drug) varies between 640-1128 rubles.

The tablet form of the drug is recommended to take three times a day for 20 mg. In severe cases, the dose can be doubled.

Sometimes during therapy, patients develop adverse reactions (nausea, bradycardia, rash). This is due to the hypersensitivity caused by Neuromidine. Analogues can be a way out of the situation.

Injections

Injectable form of the drug is also prescribed for pathologies of the peripheral nervous system, demyelinating pathologies and intestinal atony. With such ailments the medicine "Neuromedin" (injections) is shown. The price of this form of the drug is slightly higher than that of the tablets, but it should be noted that it is the injections of this drug that give the maximum therapeutic effect, since the active substance quickly enters the tissues. In this case, the serum content of the serum does not exceed 2%.

It should be noted that this form of the drug has no teratogenic or allergenic effect, does not affect the endocrine system, but it is banned for the treatment of children.

The injections of Neuromedin cause moderate stimulation of the central nervous system, so after the course of treatment, patients notice improvement in memory (during the therapy, on the contrary, sedative effect of the drug is revealed, therefore one should take special care when working with mechanisms).

Characteristics of analogues

Analogues called drugs that have the same active substances and a similar pharmacological effect. If we talk about the drug "Neuromidine", the analogues are the following: "Aksamon" or "Amiridin".

Medication "Aksamon" is prescribed for neuritis, polyradiculopathy and polyneuritis, myasthenia gravis and Alzheimer's disease, as well as for weak labor activity. The drug is used only for the treatment of adults. The dosage of this medication depends on the type of pathology that the patient has, and can range from 20 to 200 mg per day.

When taking high doses, there are m-cholinomimetic reactions - bradycardia, bronchospasm, rash, as well as hypersalivation, nausea and diarrhea.

Amiridin has the same indications for use. In addition, it is prescribed for functional disorders of the central nervous system, which manifest themselves in the form of memory loss, the inability to concentrate attention or in the form of disorientation and emotional lability. The drug "Amiridin" is also recommended to take in case of encephalopathy of vascular or traumatic genesis, in case of cerebrovascular accident and after traumatic brain injury, in the presence of cerebral dysfunction, which occurs with the complication of learning among children.

If a drug "Neuromedin" is prescribed, analogues of this pharmacological agent can be taken only with the consent of the doctor. Despite the same active ingredient, each preparation has its own application features and appropriate dosing, which must be taken into account.
