  • Chicken fillet frozen or chilled - 540 g;
  • Chicken egg (in raw form) - 2 pcs .;
  • Mayonnaise of minimum fat content - 140 g;
  • Large bulb bulb - 1 pc .;
  • Wheat flour - 3-4 large spoons (at personal discretion);
  • Carrots small fresh - 1 piece;
  • Vegetable refined oil - for roasting;
  • Salt sea and some flavoring seasonings.

Chicken pancakes, the recipe of which is very simple, you should start to prepare with careful processing of white meat. It must be completely unfrozen (if required), and then remove the skin and bones. Next, the fillet should be finely chopped, seasoned with sea salt and low-fat mayonnaise.
