And in winter it is adequately replaced by a dessert based on it. Although there are skeptics, and they are an exotic watermelon jam, the recipe of which I would like to present to your attention, jam is not considered. To make this delicious treat, you need half a kilogram of watermelon pulp, 1 kg sugar, 1 lemon and a glass of water. Watermelon is better to choose with a dense pulp and preferably with a small number of seeds, or can be without them. The berry should be washed, dried with a paper towel, cut and take out the edible part. It must be finely chopped, put into a prepared pan and poured with warm water.
